Our Story

Welcome to Campbell & Haughey Solicitors Ltd

The inception of our practice dates back to the 28th May 1978. We now practise at our offices at 85 William Street, Lurgan. Co. Armagh and at 85 Victoria Street, Belfast, Fitzwilliam Square in Dublin and most recently, 39 Main Street, Ballygawley in County Tyrone.

We have expanded from the original 2 principals to a cohort of 2 Directors, 8 solicitors, 2 consultants, 2 apprentice solicitors and 16 ancillary staff. The current Directors are Keith Hamilton and Michael Donaghy.

The main areas of practice are Litigation (road traffic accidents, employers liability and public liability), Conveyancing (domestic and commercial), Licensing, Probate, Estate Planning and Wills, Criminal and Family Law and Divorce.

Our Approach

We offer a service that is professional and prompt yet personable; courteous, compassionate yet competitive. As we work through our 5th decade, it may be an appropriate time to reflect on our success in sustaining and expanding our company. Our development has been predicated on twin tenets: that the welfare of our clients (not costs) was paramount and that we would constrain our endeavours to fields in which we enjoyed both expertise and experience.

Whilst we have adhered to these two principles, we accept that the only constant is change and we have always embraced this adage by recruiting new staff, exploiting the potential of new technologies and being proactive not reactive in our rapidly changing legal landscape.
